Venue
This year's Q-Bio conference will be hosted at the Guangming Cloud Valley International Conference Center (光明云谷国际会议中心) in Shenzhen. The venue is located 100 meters northeast of the intersection of Yongchuang Road and Qiangxia 1st Road (East) in the Guangming District. 

Conference Site
The main conference activities will take place within the Guangming Science City Qidong Unit Project. As an important hub for research and innovation in Shenzhen, Guangming Science City provides an ideal environment to foster academic exchanges and collaborations.

Banquets
Details on evening banquets will be revealed soon.

Arrival:

By Air: Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the conference. The nearest airport is Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. Upon arrival, you can take a taxi directly to the Guangming Science City Qidong Unit Project.

By Car: Attendees can also choose to drive to the venue and will be able to park on site.

Parking Information: Parking will be available at the venue for those choosing to drive.

The Guangming Science City an advanced research base but also an ideal place for promoting domestic and international academic exchanges. Generally, foreign nationals need to have a valid visa to visit mainland China. Non-commerce visa (F type) , Tourist Visa (L Type) and multi-year multiple-entry valid visas are all valid.

If you are going to apply for Non-commerce visa (F type) and need a formal invitation letter of Q-Bio 2024, please complete and return the attached template below to us via email: qbio2024@siat.ac.cn

Due to the uncertainty of visa-free policy, you are highly recommended to check with the relevant Chinese Embassy or Consulate General for specific information.

As the demand of Chinese visas has increased significantly, some application procedures may have been changed and applicants are required to go to the consulate in person. Please check the updated information and submit your visa application about two months before your planned travel date in China.
