Registration Policy

Important notice: If you register with a cellphone number, please input your international area code again before your phone number, after selecting your country or region (e.g. If your US phone number is 9123456789, please input 19123456789 after selecting "United States +1").

Registration Open: March 2024

1) Registration fee: Including 4-day meals.

Early bird (registered before June 15th): RMB 2,100 (USD 300)

Regular: RMB 2,400 (USD 350)

2) Refund and cancellation policy: No refund can be issued after July 15th. Before that date, cancellation incurs a certain fee (platform handling fee).

3) Registration and payment process: Please register your information according to the steps provided. 

Please click "User Center" - "Payment Info" - "Pay" to choose "bank transfer" or "common payment" to scan the Alipay QR code to complete the payment. After successful payment, please upload the payment receipt (screenshot of payment record) and submit it.
