Submission

a) Please note that the final paper together with your presentation (ppt/pdf) should be submitted to Dr. Bill Mak (bmpmak@hku.hk) on or before 15 June, 2024. This will ensure that your presentation may be adequately translated into Chinese for the benefit of our non-English-speaking audience.
b) Individual presentations should be 30 minutes in length including Q&A. 
c) The Organizers encourage all participants to present in English. Presentation delivered in Chinese should have a bilingual ppt, with preferably handouts in English prepared by the presenters.
d) Papers submitted to the Secretariat before 15 June, 2024 will be distributed during the Conference both in hardcopy and electronically.
e) A final version of the paper may be submitted to the Secretariat by 31 August, 2024 the latest to be published in the Conference Proceedings.
