Call For Abstracts

Prospective participants are invited to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations at this workshop. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee and a decision will be sent to the authors.

Abstract Submission Instructions

1. Content Guidelines: We kindly request that abstracts align closely with the conference theme, showcasing originality, relevance, and completeness.

2. Language Preference: For presentations delivered in Chinese, we ask that you submit your abstract in Chinese. For presentations in English, please submit your abstract in English.

3. Please submit your Abstract by using the template available through the online system by the deadline: June 15.

4. Acceptance Notification: The scientific committee will carefully review all submissions and notify authors of their acceptance status and presentation details via email by June 22.

Poster Submission Guidelines

1. Poster Specifications: Posters must adhere to the standard size of 180cm (height) × 80cm (width).

2. Language Preference: To facilitate international communication, we highly recommend submitting posters in English.

3. Printing Services: The organizing committee offers poster printing services. If you wish to utilize this service, please submit your poster by June 30. Posters submitted after this date will need to be printed and brought to the venue by the participants themselves.

1.        1.内容要求：摘要需紧密围绕会议主题展开，确保内容的相关性、完整性和创新性，并遵循语言和格式规范。
2.        2. 语言选择：本届会议包含国际会议部分。若计划使用中文进行报告，请提交中文摘要；若计划使用英文进行报告，请提交英文摘要。
3.        3. 提交方式：请下载会议提供的摘要模板，填写摘要内容后，通过本系统提交。摘要提交的截止时间为6月15日。
4.        4. 录用通知：组委会将对收到的摘要进行评审，并在6月22日前通过邮件形式通知作者录用情况及报告呈现形式。
5. 墙报提交须知

      1. 墙报要求：墙报尺寸标准为180cm（高）×80cm（宽）。会议提供墙报模板，参会者可根据需求下载使用。

      2. 语言选择：鉴于会议有国外专家参会，建议优先提交英文墙报，以便国际交流。

      3.打印服务：组委会提供墙报打印服务。如需组委会代为打印，请于6月30日前提交墙报。6月30日后提交墙报，需参会者自行打印并携带至会场。
