Registration Policy

Important notice: If you register with a cellphone number, please input your international area code before your phone number (e.g. If your Chinese phone number is 123456789, please enter it as "+86 123456789" in the "Contact Number" filed).

Registration Dates: June 24-Novemeber 3, 2025

Regular fee: RMB 1,400 (or USD 200 for international participants)

Refund and cancellation policy: No refunds will be issued.

Registration and payment process: Please follow the provided instructions register your information.

Please go to "User Center" - "Payment Info" - "Pay" to choose either "bank transfer" or "common payment" to complete the payment. Once payment is complete, please upload a screenshot of the payment record as proof of payment. This is required for issuing the fapiao for domestic participants.
