Submission

1. Click on ‘Register’ (right-hand side menu).

2. Fill in the registration information after login. Enter a valid e-mail address where prompted and obtain the verification code.

If you didn't receive a verification code email as expected when you created the login using email, You could try clicking “Forgot My Password” to receive a verification code email, and then maybe create a password that worked.

3. Enter the email and password to log in on login interface.

4. You can move into the background of submitting the abstract and poster for ICCK. Then complete and submit the information in “Attendance Info” in turn.

1. You can enter "Abstract Submission" and click "upload" on the right side of the page to upload the abstract. This page also allows you to read the instruction for submission and download abstract template.

2. Fill in the title of the submitted abstract and other information, click the "submit" button at the lower right of the page to upload your abstract.

3. Your abstract was submitted successfully

1. You can enter "Poster Submission" .

2. Click "upload" at the bottom of the page to upload the poster. You can also upload an optional short video explaining your poster. 

3. Then click "Post List" at this page to see the poster you uploaded and the review status.

1. The location of the abstract template:

To avoid participants not being able to find the abstract template, we put abstract template with the same content in three locations on the website(as shown below). You can click and download it.

2. Participants who choose to submit poster are also required to submit an abstract on the website or via icck2023@ustc.edu.cn.

3. If you have a lot of difficulty figuring out how to submit on the ICCK website, please contact icck2023@ustc.edu.cn to submit your abstract, poster or audio. Any other questions about icck are also welcome.
