e-Poster
ICCK-2023 will offer opportunities for e-poster presentations, where participants can present the poster virtually with an optional short audio explaining the posters.
Electronic poster (E-poster) presentations are similar to traditional poster presentations, but presented online. A well-constructed poster is self-explanatory, achieving both coverage and clarity. Use the tips below as guidelines for formatting and making the most of this presentation.
ü File type: (1) JPG、PNG or TIF format for the e-poster (< 50 M); (2) MP3 format for audio (< 50 M).
ü The e-poster's aspect ratio is set to 10:6. The audio length is less than 3 minute.
ü Number of pages: maximum 1 (participants will be able to zoom in and out).
ü Poster should be written ONLY in English language.
ü Title of the e-poster should be brief and match with the submitted abstract.
ü File name: name + affiliation + title of poster. To avoid any compatibility problems, please do not use special characters (e.g. «, Ö, Ø, ñ, ε, ®, ý, }, {, etc.).
ü Graphs and tables should be well organized and the font used should be of a size that is easy to read.
ü Make sure that any photographs or figures being used in the poster are with sufficient size so that they are clearly visible, with a minimum 300-dpi resolution.
ü Do not use any passwords or encryption for your file.
You can submit your poster and/or short audio to icck2023@ustc.edu.cn and the deadline for receiving e-poster materials is June 11.
