Paper Submission and Special Sessions

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format before the deadline. The paper template in LaTeX or Word can be downloaded from website of Springer https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.

A full paper or extended abstract should be submitted via https://cms.amss.ac.cn (refered to CMS below) which is an online conference management system. Please submit your paper abstract with title at your earliest convenience and update your paper/abstract before the deadline. Only English manuscripts are acceptable for full paper submission, while extended abstracts can be either in English or in Chinese or in Japanese. 

The most common types of papers are full papers (12–15 (or more) pages) and short papers (6-11 pages). We only wish to publish papers of significant scientific content. Very short papers (of fewer than 4 pages) may be moved to the back matter. Such papers will neither be available for indexing nor visible as individual papers on Springer Nature Link. They will, however, be listed in the Table of Contents.

Submitting Regular Paper:

Submitting Organized Session Paper: You should request the session code from the organizer of organized session, who invites you to submit papers.

Submitting Extended Abstract:Just upload your extended abstract (shortened paper) as the attachment.  

Besides full papers and extended abstracts, submissions of the following types in English, Chinese or Japanese are also welcome, which should also be submitted via the CMS. Please submit your ideas at your earliest convenience and update your information before the deadline. 

1) Proposals of special sessions are welcome. To organize a special session, in which 5-8 papers should be invited, just submit your ideas in the CMS.

Organizing Organized Session: Just upload your description to the topic of your organized session as the attachment. 

2) Business proposals in Chinese or English are also welcome for roadshows, which will be organized as a special event to promote new technologies.

Applying for Project Roadshow: Just upload your business proposal as the attachment.

3) A contest on AI in games, see http://we-learn.net.cn/bit-igca-wiki/ for game rules, will also be organized as a special event. Students and researchers are welcome to participate this new interesting contest.

Registering the AI Contest: Just introduce your team and ideas in the attachment. Prepare and test yoour codes according to http://we-learn.net.cn/bit-igca-wiki/
