各高等院校、科研院所、企事业单位及广大开发者：

为深入贯彻国家人工智能发展战略，推动智能博弈领域技术创新与人才培养，由第九届先进计算智能与智能信息处理国际研讨会（IWACIII 2025）组委会主办和承办的“IWACIII2025人工智能挑战赛”（以下简称“挑战赛”）定于2025年11月2-3日在广东省珠海市举行。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、赛事宗旨  

以“智能博弈驱动创新，实践赋能产业升级”为主题，聚焦复杂对抗场景下的人工智能算法设计与系统实现，全面考察参赛团队在环境感知、策略规划、实时决策、自主学习等关键环节的综合能力，遴选并孵化具有产业化潜力的优秀成果。

二、赛事平台  

挑战赛统一使用北京理工大学自主研发的“Commander”即时策略博弈平台。该平台融合战棋推演与实时决策机制，参赛AI需在动态对抗环境中完成资源扩张、城池攻夺、兵力调度及防御部署等多任务博弈。平台通过随机生成多幅地图与多局积分排序的方式，系统评估AI的鲁棒性、适应性与最优策略求解能力。

三、参赛对象  

1. 全国（含港澳台）及海外高等院校正式注册的学生（本、硕、博均可）；  

2. 科研院所科研人员；  

3. 企事业单位技术人员；  

4. 其他人工智能爱好者。  

每支参赛队由1–3名队员组成，可另设指导教师1名（须与队员同属同一单位，不得跨单位组队）。

四、赛事安排  

（一）关键时间节点  

1. 在线报名及缴费截止：2025年10月20日24:00  2025年10月22日24:00 ；

2. 初版代码提交截止：2025年10月20日24:00  2025年10月22日24:00 ；

3. 代码初审结果公布：2025年10月22日 2025年10月24日；

4. 最终代码及答辩PPT提交截止：2025年10月27日24:00；

5. 挑战赛现场决赛：2025年11月2日或3日（第九届先进计算智能与智能信息处理国际研讨会（IWACIII 2025）的会议期间。

（二）报名方式  

1. 扫描下方二维码，登录参赛小程序报名：

2. 每个参赛队员需缴纳180元参赛费（用途：赛事组织、资料制作、评审等），参赛成员可免费参加IWACIII2025，聆听大会报告及分会场报告，但是不含会议期间的正餐和晚宴。

参赛费汇款信息如下：

3. 在报名小程序上上传缴费凭证，并扫以下工作人员的微信，由工作人员统一把您加入到竞赛群。

（三）作品提交  

1. 初版及最终代码、答辩PPT和作品承诺书均通过指定入口提交：https://www.wjx.top/vm/PZqCXKf.aspx；

2. 未在规定时间内提交初版代码者，视为自动放弃参赛资格；未提交最终版代码者，默认以初版代码参赛。

五、竞赛形式与评审  

（一）竞赛形式  

1. 代码展示与现场答辩；

2. AI实时对抗。

（二）评审原则  

坚持公平、公正、公开，由挑战赛评审委员会依据技术创新性、策略有效性、对抗胜率及现场表现进行综合评分。  

（三）奖项设置  

特等奖：颁发荣誉证书及奖金人民币3000元；  

一等奖：颁发荣誉证书及奖金人民币1000元；  

二等奖、三等奖、最佳展示奖、优秀组织奖、优秀指导教师奖若干：颁发荣誉证书及奖品。  

所有获奖团队均可在IWACIII2025主会场参加颁奖典礼，并优先获得与高校、科研院所及龙头企业对接合作的机会。

六、知识产权与纪律要求  

1. 参赛作品须为参赛团队在本届挑战赛期间独立完成的原创成果，不得抄袭、剽窃或侵犯任何第三方知识产权；  

2. 参赛团队须签署《作品承诺书》（附件1），否则取消参赛资格；  

3. 主办单位对参赛作品享有无偿展览、发布、出版及宣传权，后续产业化转化由双方另行约定；  

4. 赛事全程接受监督委员会审计，任何舞弊行为一经查实，取消成绩并通报所在单位。

七、会议关联权益  

1. 凡成功提交代码并通过初审的参赛队员，可免费参加IWACIII2025大会，聆听主会场及分会场全部学术报告；  

2. 大会统一安排茶歇，正餐及晚宴需另行注册缴费，可通过大会小程序按需选购；  

3. 挑战赛期间将组织“产学研创新论坛”“高层次人才交流”等专项活动，参赛团队可优先参与并与珠海本地企业对接。

IV. Competition Arrangement

(I) Key Time Nodes

1. Online registration and payment deadline: 24:00 on October 20, 2025;
2. Initial code submission deadline: 24:00 on October 20, 2025;
3. Announcement of initial code review results: October 22, 2025;
4. Final code and defense PPT submission deadline: 24:00 on October 27, 2025;
5. On-site final of the Challenge: November 2 or 3, 2025 (during the conference of the 9th International Workshop on Advanced Computational Intelligence and Intelligent Information Processing (IWACIII 2025)).

(II) Registration Method

1. Scan the QR code below and log in to the participating mini-program to register:

1. Each participating team member needs to pay a registration fee of 180 yuan (for purposes such as competition organization, material production, and evaluation). Participating members can attend IWACIII2025 for free and listen to the conference reports and sub-conference reports, but 正餐 and dinners during the conference are not included.

1. The initial and final codes, defense PPT, and work commitment letter are all submitted through the designated entrance: https://www.wjx.top/vm/PZqCXKf.aspx;
2. Those who do not submit the initial code within the specified time will be regarded as automatically giving up the participation qualification; those who do not submit the final code will default to participating with the initial code.

VI. Intellectual Property and Discipline Requirements

1. The participating works must be original achievements independently completed by the participating teams during the Challenge, and no plagiarism, piracy, or infringement of the intellectual property rights of any third party is allowed;
2. The participating teams must sign the "Work Commitment Letter" (Annex 1), otherwise the participation qualification will be cancelled;
3. The organizing unit has the right to exhibit, release, publish, and publicize the participating works free of charge, and the subsequent industrial transformation shall be otherwise agreed upon by both parties;
4. The whole process of the competition is subject to the audit of the supervision committee. Any fraudulent behavior, once verified, will lead to the cancellation of the results and notification to the affiliated unit.

VII. Conference-related Rights and Interests

1. Any participating team member who successfully submits the code and passes the initial review can participate in the IWACIII2025 conference for free and listen to all the academic reports at the main venue and sub-venues;
2. The conference will uniformly arrange coffee breaks, and 正餐 and dinners need to be registered and paid for separately, and can be purchased on-demand through the conference mini-program;
3. During the Challenge, special activities such as the "Industry-University-Research Innovation Forum" and "High-Level Talent Exchange" will be organized, and participating teams can give priority to participating and connecting with local enterprises in Zhuhai.

1. The Organizing Committee of the IWACIII2025 Artificial Intelligence Challenge is responsible for the interpretation of the matters not covered in this notice, and the official website and mini-program announcements shall prevail;
